Our Story
Founded in 2025 by veteran civil engineer David White, PE, Land-Training.com was created to solve a common problem: traditional programs teach theory, but not the day to day skills engineers need to create value for their clients in the most efficient path possible. Our courses deliver the “howto” knowledge that gets projects designed, approved, and built.

David White - Over 24 years of experience managing land development projects across Hospitality, Muli-family, Residential, Quick Serve Restaurant, Retail, Storage, Industrial, and other commercial sectors. Specializes in creating interactive exercises and CAD templates that mirror real‑world project deliverables. Expert in stormwater management and erosion control, bringing hands‑on case studies to the curriculum.
