Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to cancel a membership. It applies to digital products sold directly on landtraining.com (courses, templates, downloads) and to monthly memberships.

- One-time (fixed-price) purchases: Request a refund within 48 hours of purchase and receive 90% back (10% is a non-refundable fee).
- Monthly memberships: Cancel anytime to stop future renewals; no refunds for the current or past billing periods.
This format and scope follow common standards for online courses (typical windows are 7–30 days and often include usage/abuse safeguards and fee handling).
- One-Time (Fixed-Price) Purchases
48-Hour / 90% Refund
If you’re not satisfied, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. Approved refunds are 90% of the purchase price; 10% is a non-refundable fee to cover payment processing and administrative costs (payment processors typically do not return their original fees on refunds).
How to request:
Email support@landtraining.com within 48 hours and include:
• Order number
• Product name
• The email address used at checkout
What happens next:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Any applicable sales/VAT taxes are refunded in the same proportion as the refund.
• Access to the product is revoked once the refund is processed.
Anti-abuse:
We may decline a refund if we detect misuse (for example: repeated refund requests, charge back abuse, or behavior that clearly indicates the product was fully “consumed”/downloaded with intent to use and refund). This mirrors industry practice used by major course platforms. - Monthly Memberships
Cancel anytime (no retroactive refunds):
You can cancel your membership at any time from your account or by emailing support@landtraining.com. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period, and you won’t be charged again. We don’t provide refunds or credits for partial months or previous months. This is standard for subscription programs in the online-course space. - Exceptions & Special Cases:
• Duplicate/accidental purchases or billing errors: We’ll issue a full refund after verification.
• Fraud/unauthorized use: Please contact us immediately so we can secure your account and resolve the transaction.
• Technical issues: If technical problems prevent access and we cannot resolve them promptly after you contact us, we’ll work with you in good faith on a remedy consistent with this policy.
(These exception categories are commonly included in digital-product refund terms.) - How to Cancel or Request a Refund
• Refunds (fixed-price products): Email support@landtraining.com within 48 hours of purchase with your order number.
• Cancel membership: Use your account’s billing page or email support@landtraining.com at least 24 hours before your next renewal to ensure it doesn’t process.
• Processing time: Approved refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
(Refund policies should clearly explain timelines, contact method, and steps.) - Third-Party Marketplaces
If you purchased a Land-Training product through a third-party marketplace (e.g., a course platform or app store), that platform’s refund rules and timelines apply and you must request the refund through that platform.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve any issue. Unwarranted or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection of any outstanding amounts.- Compliance With Local Laws
We follow all applicable consumer-protection laws. If your local law provides additional rights beyond this policy, we will honor those rights to the extent required. (Digital-goods policies often include a clause like this for compliance.)
